Minimum Length of Stay:

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all normal weekends.
• All long weekends must be booked for the full period.
• The standard daily fee is applicable for adding days to a weekend or long weekend.
• Daily (one-night stay) bookings are only accepted for mid-week stays.

Pets:

• Due to having wildlife and for hygiene purposes, no pets are allowed any more.
• All access gates should always be kept closed to prevent game from escaping.

Arrival & Departure Times:

• Guests are requested to arrive at Winkwater no earlier than 14h00 on the first day of their stay, unless specifically arranged.
  
• Check out time on the day of departure is before (but no later than) 12h00, unless specifically arranged.

Booking & Payment Policy:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking; you will receive an email with an invoice and payment details.
• If the deposit payment is not received, the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.
• The balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
• If the booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice.
• Rates are shown on the Reservations Page.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy:

• No show: 100% cancellation fee;
• Cancellation 7 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee;
• Cancellation 7 days or more prior to arrival: 10% administration fee.
